Author Guidelines

Jurnal Analisa Tropika Indonesia

General Information

Jurnal Analisa Tropika Indonesia is a scientific journal that publishes research articles, review articles, and scientific studies in the fields of Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, and Environment. This journal is published periodically as a medium for the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the development of sustainable tropical agricultural innovations.

Submitted articles must be original works, have not been previously published, and must not be under consideration by any other journal.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized according to the following structure:

  • Article Title
  • Author Name(s)
  • Author Affiliation(s)
  • Corresponding Email Address
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Research Methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (Optional)

References

Title

The article title must be:

  • concise,
  • clear,
  • informative,
  • and reflective of the research content.

The title should not exceed 20 words.

Author Identity

Author names should be written without academic titles and must include:

  • institutional affiliation,
  • institutional address,
  • and corresponding email address.

Abstract

The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English with the following requirements:

  • consist of 150–250 words,
  • contain the research objectives,
  • methods,
  • main results,
  • and conclusions.

The abstract must be written in a single paragraph without citations.

Keywords

Keywords should consist of 3–5 words or phrases relevant to the research and separated by semicolons (;).

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must comply with the following formatting requirements:

  • Use Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • A4 paper size
  • 5 cm margins on all sides
  • Times New Roman font, 12 pt
  • 5 line spacing
  • Manuscript length of 8–15 pages, including tables and figures

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.
  • Table titles should be placed above the tables.
  • Figure captions should be placed below the figures.
  • Figures must be clear and of good quality.

Citation and References

The citation and reference system must follow:

  • APA Style (7th Edition)

The use of reference management software is recommended, such as:

  • Mendeley

At least 80% of references should be sourced from scientific journals and published within the last 10 years.
